Welcome to Eclipse Trader

Eclipse Trader is an Eclipse Rich Client Platform (RCP) application focused to the building of an online stock trading system, featuring shares pricing watch, intraday and history charts with technical analysis indicators, level II/market depth view, news watching, and integrated trading. The standard Eclipse RCP plug-ins architecture allows third-party vendors to extend the functionality of the program to include custom indicators, views or access to subscription-based data feeds and order entry.

This release doesn't have many new features and can be considered a maintenance update aimed at fixing some bugs from the previous release.

This is a mantenance release aimed at fixing some bugs, and with very few enhancements. The most prominent change is the rebase on the recent Eclipse RCP 3.2 release.

This release doesn't have many new features, most of the changes were made to enhance the existings, cleanup the code and fix some bugs. The most prominent changes are the charts autoscale option and the realtime data collector for intraday charts.

This release completes the feature set by adding currencies, alerts and an initial, very basic, trading systems support. Among the other bugfixes this release also fixes the compatibility issues with the jre 1.4 series.

This release was focused on completing the infrastructure nedded to the future implementations of the alert and trading systems. The two most important additions are the price pattern search feature and the support for trading accounts.

This maintenance release was focused primarily on completing the transition to the new architecture. There are almost all the chart indicators that were available in the old 0.14 release plus a couple of new indicators not available before.
